Legal Notice:
As the owner of the online store, you are required to publish the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) on your website. This document must define the relationship between the online store and the customer and must explain the rules regarding refund and withdrawal policies. Numerous examples and templates for General Terms and Conditions can be found online – simply search for "General Terms and Conditions template." We strongly recommend seeking legal advice and adapting the template to the specific needs of your business.
